A riad address may not be a vehicle pickup point
Some medina streets are inaccessible to vehicles. Give the operator your accommodation details and ask for the precise meeting location if pickup cannot happen at the door. Save the map point and a contact number before leaving your accommodation.
Read both ends of a transfer
Check whether the transfer is one way or return, shared or private, and whether it serves your area. For an evening desert outing, the return arrangements matter just as much as departure. Do not assume that a transfer described as Marrakech covers every outlying hotel.
Separate entry time from meeting time
A guided garden visit can meet before the admission slot. A treatment appointment can start after an earlier pickup. Use the supplier confirmation to plan your arrival rather than taking the attraction entry time as the time to leave your hotel.
Keep the day resilient
Allow extra time to find an unfamiliar meeting point. Avoid back-to-back bookings with different operators. If a pickup instruction is unclear, resolve it before the cancellation deadline rather than waiting until the morning of the experience.
